In our life, one thing which
disturbs us a lot is why we stay at the side of loss. Loss? Yes, Loss. It is so
because we usually say that there is a dearth of happiness in life or happiness
is lost from life. This idea of disappointment allows us to go deep into
desperation and leave us in the area of sorrow and grief. Things do not stop
here as either we complain or curse the fortune of not letting us enjoy
happiness in our life.
The man has always developed a
tendency to accumulate everything that he encounters throughout his life. This
desire for accumulation is not appropriate always because if we want to grow
then we should know what needs to be accumulated and what needs to be left?
Happiness can be defined as the joy
of achievement and the thrill of creative effort but in most of the events, we
lack this because our whole concentration is on what we have not achieved? This
sense of ignorance has deeply penetrated our thinking process and somewhere we
have lacked in making our best attempts to achieve the joy that excite us.
Today, things change unexpectedly
and are so fast that we get perplexed and lose those tendencies which have been
required to sense the essentials which are needed to rejoice in life to the
fullest. We usually either complain of not having the privileges or lose that
excitement to achieve the desired.
Many of us always feel insecure in
small events, incidents and circumstances. The level of insecurity sometimes
rose to an unexpected manner that things seem to look impossible from there. It
would be a wastage of time if we adhere to these sorrows and insecurities as we
can’t reap anything fruitful from such behaviour.
Our foes in this direction are
never liquidated in providing us with a conducive surface to build a tough
building of excitement, joy and happiness. Talking and getting disturbed with
small losses and dearth is not a wise decision to be taken. If we feel it’s ok
to disturb ourselves in minute things then why not rejoice fun and joy in small
– small things.
According to Buddha,” Happiness
does not depend on what you have or what you are. It solely relies on what you
think.” It is the onus of every one of
us to think and behave in such a way through which we can find every single
chance to fill our life with zeal and happiness.
One of the factors which have an
inverse effect on our minds to expect some big achievement to get happiness.
How can we so ignorant to understand the simple notion that every big thing
comprises of small-small events? Our rationality takes a back seat in realizing
this fact that not to waste our time only in making it large. If felt in the
right direction, every single achievement big or small has got its flavour of
joy and happiness.
Our whole concentration should be
on finding and experiencing a real taste of happiness in every event we come
across. In life, it is a usual thing to experience both facets of life that
talks about bad and nice experiences but it should not be considered negatively
as they teach us a practical lesson to understand the gist of life which always
carries numerous circumstances.
As life is about collecting memories
and find a way how to learn bringing joy and happiness to our lives. Things
always become acute if seen only hastily and ignoring its true facet. People
complain about what and how to get happiness? They ask and look for the perfect
mantra but they usually ignore the basic that if try to develop an interest in
every work we do and in every work we intend to do.
This notion could seem too old
fashioned or kind of obsolete but remember one thing the basics never change
with time. Developing an interest always results in gaining the fierce like
liveliness in life and we experience that joy and zeal which leads to a great sense
of happiness.
The acuteness in any form would not
be desired or expected but has an opportunity to define our path of learning
that excites us to reach that level of joy and happiness that can give true
meaning to our lives. Finding interest is a way to come across various
unexplored areas of our personality and pave a way to be happy and wise
throughout our lives.
It seems to have difficulty in
finding and develop an interest in all the things we pursue nevertheless it’s a very useful tool to assimilate all the essential to make a difference which is
conducive to fill our life with desired happiness which not only brings smile on
our faces but is capable to bring smiles to many who are directly and
indirectly associated with us. Complaining about things could be an easy way to
escape but has its repercussions that are inevitable in our lives.
