Milieu(Prerequisite for our better future)

                                  

In this fast-moving world of globalization, we are facing the heat of competition likewise among commodities available in the market. With every second need of the hour is changing due to which somewhere we are uncertain about keeping our competitive spirits high. Lots of discussions are going on in closed and open arenas that usually targets to get over the impediments faced by us in day to day life.  Today, the sense of mediocrity is penetrating our mental ability which not only makes us feel inferior  and  drag us near the shores of stress resulting in inevitable depressing state for time being, if not taken care on-time results in undesired repercussions.

Beyond the usual human tendency of finding out a cure for any sort of ailment, the problem can be tackled not only precisely but can result in total avoidance of any situation in which we feel helpless. There is an old saying “Precaution is always better than cure”, gives us a clue to shape ourselves in such a way that we make us fully prepare for any sort of circumstance. Today the competition is not the major problem but is our inefficiencies to achieve the required level of competencies. In today's world, our personalities lack the high level of those set of traits that makes us relevant and robust. As personality consists of all inherited and acquired traits that long last with us.  These traits help in shaping or mental ability in terms of our thinking and understanding that provides us with an edge to understand the situation accurately and act accordingly.

It is evident that our Milieu (A person’s social environment) plays a pivotal role in acquiring habits and behavioural patterns to a great extent. Our social environment encompasses the immediate physical surroundings, social relationships, and cultural environments within which defined groups of people function and interact.  Today we see that our temperament has lost that intensified approach to face the situation or circumstance in the required way which results in several break downs. In today fast-moving globalised world it has become a requirement to be more subtle and calm while deciding our steps. If we have to tackle the audacity of the time then we have to nurture our personalities in a positive environment. We should choose the players in our social environment with whom we spend our valuable time. Sometimes it is quite annoying that we restrict ourselves in our own way but feel the heat of not having proper arrangements in this regard.

We should consider the impact of our relations with the players present in our milieus.  Our behaviour and habits are always inlined by our social environment. To understand this we can quote an old saying “ महौल बदलो तो तक़दीर बदल जायेगी ”, which suggests us to make changes so as to remove the inadequacy of our milieus.  We are either reluctant or don’t carry that understanding to make our appropriate attempts to get the best results. Time has come to figure out our in competencies from no. of angles without any biasing.

These days we lack in anticipation and determination due to which we succumb at no. of occasions or we refuse to perform. In the current scenario, our temperament has lost its positive attitude in all rounds, whether personal or professional. These days we usually ignore the real base of any problem faced by us and only indulge ourselves in giving excuses or criticizing others for our conditions. So to mitigate our irrational way to analyze and understand the real aspects of our deeds we have to sit for a while and take precautionary steps as to avoid the real problems in coming future endeavours of our life.

 We have to pose a threat on all our inadequacies by choosing and nurturing our milieus in such a way that not only we acquire those required and rational traits that will shape our personalities positive, relevant to the need of the hour. Gone are the days when you can go along on behalf of your eligibility, today we talk about acceptability in all-around societies. To get that acceptability we have to acquire those set of personality traits which not only have a positive impact but also ignite the zeal to achieve by performing in our future generations. It’s an onus of every individual to create such positive environments around them that attract not only individuals to share the sense of achievements but create the pragmatic genome in our future generations.

To preserve a legacy of supreme ideas which lays the foundation for ideas consisting of creativity and innovation is always admired and is also fruitful for not today’s generations but for coming ones. Strong personalities can also be achieved with great determination and dedication in life and of course the role of milieus cannot be ignored at any cost.
