Aspirations without Inspiration

Why human have evolved better with the passage of time?  is a kind of question one should ask to oneself. Today we usually look evolvement as a natural process but somewhere it leads to a question about the one of the real causes of evolvement of human race. Right from the stone age to till date we have change ourselves in numerous aspects.

The answer to this question is ability to aspire for new things which not only motivates but plays an intense and determined role in bettering the way we human boost ourselves for the long run. Sometimes this aspiration intensifies the human’s motivation to go beyond their limits so that they carved a distinct image for themselves.

In simple words, the meaning of aspiration is something you hope to achieve. It is hoped that each aspiration should result in certain action and attitude. Everyone has some aspirations because it gives the reason to live, fight and keep trying. It is also seen that our aspirations are not constant throughout our life.

Aspirations are important for organizations because they give people something over the horizon to aim for. Goals that carry aspirational qualities are the ones that get people enthused about doing their best work to achieve a significant achievement for the organization.

Most people have dreams or aspirations they would love to achieve. Maximizing potential allows a person to discover these, build on them, and make them happen. If a company or manager can support their employees in pursuing these dreams, it increases creativity and loyalty in that person.

But in today’s scenario lot of things are being realized that what is the reason that many aspirations do not reach to its culmination for which they were meant to be. The clarity comes from the word ‘Inspiration’ , which has  significance in its own way. When aspirations are preceded by the relevant inspirations then it create sheer involvement to a never-ending process of evolvement.

Inspiration awakens us to new possibilities by allowing us to transcend our ordinary experiences and limitations. Inspiration propels a person from apathy to possibility, and transforms the way we perceive our own capabilities. Inspiration may sometimes be overlooked because of its elusive nature.

Currently we usually get influence by various things around us. The mistake takes a leap ahead when we judge this influence as our inspiration and try to make our target or goals accordingly.  The confusion of considering Influence as Inspiration leads us to a panic situation which not only constraint us but leave us in turmoil for rest of our lives. This hasty and ignorant behaviour drag us in a state of plight where we find ourselves helpless. Usually we human have imitating character which we have inherited by our stone aged ancestors.

The tendency to imitate is perceived as a motivation and we perform our deeds in the wrong direction. Because of this we act as an inefficient and ineffective in our approaches as we don’t know what we want and what is the way to achieve our goal in regard of our capabilities. We do adhere with the approach to imitate in our personal and professional lives  due to which we are unable to meet out the necessary  steps to get the desired results.

As Inspiration and Imitation carry same initial “ I ”  but their meanings are poles apart from each other. Inspiration is an internal drive that keeps us motivated to continue our journey of our lives whereas the life of imitation is quite meagre and make us stuck in between.

We lose our originality in Imitation or perform our deeds with less sense of anticipation whereas with Inspiration the performance is being made with great zeal and efficiency  because the individual knows how to deal with the things that he encounters within the path of his goals. He tries to achieve supremacy in all sort of circumstances as his morale is in high percentage whereas when an  individual tries to achieve his goals through imitation usually succumb in between because he does not have acquaintance with the various aspects of challenges he is going to face. It is not mandatory that things work positively for those who show indulgence in Imitation to achieve their goals.

If we really want to achieve our goals or fulfill our dreams , we need to understand very precisely that every individual has got his own needs, wants, circumstances, virtues and of course above all capability to perform.  We should concentrate on finding our real inspirations rather than imitating other individual steps because if we really want to find a niche for ourselves we have to do it on our own. We should retrospect thoroughly before making any attempt to move further because every step taken is destined to reach its destination.
