Eligibility Versus Acceptability

In the fast-moving world, the things have not been so easy from our reach as it pretends to be due to change in its form with every moment passing by. It is surely in evidence that the requirements have changed leaps and bounds that is pushing us somewhere to test our limits. In the new world of globalization not only the requirements are changing but are also impacting our personal and professional lives because as we know both the things in their respective nature are somewhat interconnected to each other. Today the concepts throughout the world are thoroughly inline to pursuit of changing expectations from us.  Things which were once thought to be contemporary have now become obsolete as it has lost its relevance in current scenario.

It has become quite necessary not to get stick to our old school approaches because there has been a rise in cases where old theories and approaches have lost their edges to meet out the requisites in the present-day context. Somewhere it seems that the world is changing with greater pace much ahead of our expectations.  This has become a matter of concern for us where Eligibility is been replaced by Acceptability. In older times people use to make every attempt just for the sake of achieving the basic eligibility so they could get a platform to lead their lives on humble grounds. The person who used to fulfill the basic eligibility criterion would be considered a winner in both personal and professional lives.

But if we talk about the current development, the concept of acceptability has become more prominent in our lives as there is a sudden rise in the level of competition among people to get better than others. This rat race has not only created a panic but has also given an opportunity to find the best way to attain that sense of suitability so that we get accepted to the world.  Gone are the days when complainants were entertained, now its the time for those souls who carry those set of traits that make them suitable for the respective role or job. A hidden kind of pressure sometimes the burden is always carried by persons to get the required level of suitability. To complain about the current trend shows the inefficiency of a person who retreats before starting his journey to achieve those skill sets.

The basic solution to our anxieties relevant to the insecurities generated due to new search of acceptable persons is to move ahead in certain direction as to achieve those skill sets on the behalf of which we can prove our mettle in a long run. Our whole concern should be subjected towards the attainment of those traits which enables us to maintain a pace for the coming uncertainties in future endeavours. At times acceptability threatens and leaves us in doldrums where our state of mind always insists us either to curse or complain about our insecurities. The insecure behaviour always hurdles our efficiency because we are unable to see beyond it, to perform is a talk of another planet.

If we really want to get rid of our insecure behaviour, first of all, we have to stop nurturing the pre occupied notion of self incapability which is arisen after feeling the heat of competition. Start concentrating on our physical environment, try to sense and understand the minutest change and make relevant changes in our preparation. We have to remember the basic rule of self-learning and help yourself because more are we dependent on others the more we become anxious.

If we can dream big then why can’t we behave big? The shift from Eligibility to Acceptability is a golden opportunity to share a huge sense of dedication leaving procrastination behind and start getting us ready for the upcoming challenges.  The more early we understand the gist of this notion; we will definitely be the part of the never-ending process of development and achieving prowess. It’s not always a wise decision to follow the footprint of others instead we should concentrate that one needs to be done to achieve that level of achievement that make us role models for others who are to be followed and taken as a real inspiration to pursue their goals.

It’s an irony of our lives that to improve upon we look at others. It is a matter of concern that why to look outside, instead of looking for someone why can’t we start on our own? At least just give a chance to yourself to initiate the process of development. There is always a scope to get guidance from the experienced ones so as to continue the process to reach its destination. It’s always a wise decision to carry practical and logical notions in our lives so as to have a clarity of doing and don’t in our lives. SO GET SET GO!
